The bunch saffron is the main and most basic type of saffron, which is obtained by placing all parts of a saffron thread (including the stigma and style) besides each other and drying them.

Shape
- It has beautiful red, orange and white color.
- It consist of Red,Yellow and White part.
- the stigma part can be longer or shorter depend to the quality.
- The bottom of the stigma has a lot of white parts.

- Bunch Saffron Size is 5 to 6 cm.
- The style part is usually 1 to 2 cm.

- coloring power is less than Negin ,Pushal and Sargol.
- coloring power is is between 130-170 USP.
Taste
Pure taste of Bunch saffron is rather bitter.

It has a good and excellent aroma and special essence but its power aroma is less than other types of Saffron.
