In first week of November month new crop production down around %30 to%50 in Saffron flower volume and efficiency in cold regions of Khorasan and limit new crop 2023-2024 supply from farmers that effect market recent days.

This trend continue until end of November month which meet all new crop 2023-2024 production eventually.
