Iranian Saffron New crop Harvesting(2021)

Iranian Saffron market have been fluctuating since last two week(7^th November to 20^th November). In fact, this situation causes by lacking of Saffron supplying.

Also, when we hear from our own selected Saffron farmers(own network) which we  understand that Saffron harvesting rate(2021) is less than to half or one-fifth in some region compare to the previous year(2020).

Statistic shows that average every 1000 meters land harvesting is between 200 to 400 grams filament Saffron  in 2021 which this figures were between 800 to 1000 grams last year(2020)

This condition is effected by to main factors: 1)drought  2)farmers has least motivate to cultivation
